Airbus Said That Titanium Procurement Was Not Affected in The Short Term

According to the report of flight international on May 5, Airbus believes that its titanium supply has not been greatly affected after Russia was sanctioned, and points out that the company is developing secondary resources in the titanium industry. Airbus hopes to increase its A320 series aircraft production to 75 a month by 2025.

Airbus said that part of its titanium supply came directly or indirectly from Russia, and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine increased its supply chain risk. Geopolitical risk has been incorporated into the company's titanium procurement policy.
