1. Production Introduction
Nickel reducer is one of the chemical pipe fittings, used for the connection of two different pipe diameters. It is divided into concentric size heads and eccentric size heads.

A nickel reducer is a pipeline fitting element used to reduce the pipe size, to meet the hydraulic (or gas/vapor) flow requirements of the system. It can establish a connection without leaks and guarantee the ongoing operation of installations.

3. Applications of Nickel 200 201 reducer
In the chemical, mining, bio, food, and feed production and processing industries as well as organizations involved in the automobile industry, nickel reducer is used.
A reducer is needed when there is a change in the fluid flow rate in the pipeline, such as an increase or reduction, but the flow rate demand does not change significantly. A reducer is necessary to stop cavitation from occurring at the pump's input.
In order to prevent cavitation at the inlet of the pump, a reducer is required.
At the joints with instruments, such as flowmeters and regulating valves, reducers are also required to match the joints of the instruments.
4. Different types of Nickel reducers
There are different types of Nickel 200 reducers based on their size, configuration, and end-use. Some common types are:
Concentric reducer: A reducer that has a straight bore on both ends and gradually decreases in diameter from one end to the other.
Eccentric reducer: A reducer that has a straight bore on both ends but is offset at an angle so that the centerline of the two ends is not aligned.
Welded reducer: A reducer made by welding two components of different diameters together.
Seamless reducer: A reducer made from a single piece of seamless tubing that is cold drawn, heated, and then shaped.
Threaded reducer: A reducer with internal and external threads that can be screwed onto pipes or fittings.
Flanged reducer: A reducer that has flanges on both ends for bolting onto other components.
Socket weld reducer: A reducer with one end designed to fit into a socket or recess in a pipe or fitting.
