Molybdenum rods have high melting points, good thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion properties. They can be used to manufacture electric vacuum devices and electric light source parts. They can also be used as high-temperature heating elements, structural parts, electrodes, etc.
Molybdenum crucibles are made of Mo-1 molybdenum powder and are used at temperatures between 1100℃ and 1700℃. They are mainly used in the metallurgical industry, rare earth industry, single-crystal silicon, solar energy, artificial crystals, and mechanical processing industries.
Purity of molybdenum crucibles: Mo≥99.95%; density: ≥9.8g/cm3; maximum application temperature environment 1800℃.
Molybdenum crucibles are divided into machined crucibles, sintered crucibles, spinning crucibles, stamping crucibles, etc. Machined molybdenum crucibles are mainly small-sized crucibles made of molybdenum rods through lathes.
