In recent years, PCB surface treatment processes such as copper immersion (PTH), electroplating, inner layer pretreatment, green oil pretreatment, OSP treatment, and other production lines have used a lot of micro-etching solution, which includes sodium persulfate/sulfuric acid system and hydrogen peroxide/sulfuric acid system. During the etching process of the electronic circuit plate (PCB), the copper content in the etching solution gradually increases. Each liter of etching solution should contain 120 to 180 grams of copper and the corresponding amount of etching salts (NH4CI) and ammonia to get the greatest etching effect (NH3). The extraction method and direct electrolysis method are the two main systems that make up the acidic and alkaline etching solution regeneration cycle system. A large amount of post-consumer etching solution that originally needed to be discharged can be reduced and regenerated into a reusable reused etching solution. By doing this, industrial waste is discharged less frequently, production expenses are decreased for recycling, and high-purity copper for electrolysis.
