Orders Increased, And The Price Of Titanium Increased

Apr 11, 2022

This week, the Shanghai epidemic affected everyone's anxiety. The epidemic blocked road transportation to all parts of the country and basically ended personnel exchanges. The transportation of raw materials and products required by titanium enterprises is more difficult, and the order delivery is affected to varying degrees.

Internationally, the war between Russia and Ukraine continues. Boeing of the United States announced that it will no longer import titanium materials from Russia, and Airbus of Europe will also look for titanium suppliers.

It is speculated that the two largest titanium-consuming enterprises in the world have an annual consumption of more than 30000 tons of titanium. This procurement shift will have a positive impact on Chinese titanium enterprises.

According to statistics, in the past half a month, foreign buyers have thrown olive branches at home, and the orders have increased significantly. The purchase volume of a single order has reached dozens of tons.

Affected by the epidemic and raw material factors in China, the production capacity of titanium materials has been significantly insufficient. Material processing enterprises have begun to raise prices, with an average increase of nearly 10%. It is expected that the price of materials will continue to rise.
