I. Common points of materials
Both white titanium mesh and black titanium mesh are made of pure titanium wire. The material grade of pure titanium wire is usually Gr1, which has the advantages of high elongation, high titanium content, high mechanical strength, and easy processing.
II. Common points of the process
The processing method and machinery are completely the same - plain square hole weaving is adopted, and the raw material diameter, material, elongation, tensile strength testing method, and testing instrument are consistent. All of them are machined with shuttleless woven mesh. Warp knitting, mesh leveling and laser cutting processes are the same.
III. Common points of packaging
The same packaging shall be adopted: the inner packaging shall be waterproof with bubble pads, and the outer packaging shall be packed with plywood boxes to prevent extrusion and collision.
IV. The only difference
The only difference is the surface: the white surface has no impurities, and the black surface has a layer of brushed graphite emulsion.
V. Applications
The surface of the white titanium mesh does not contain any impurities. It is suitable for the titanium mesh anode of the ion membrane electrolyzer, the anodic oxidation experiment, the catalyst carrier support screen, the pure chemical solution filter screen, and other nonpolluting solutions.
The black titanium mesh surface contains brushed graphite emulsion coating, which is suitable for seawater desalination titanium filter screen and chemical filtration. The surface coating can slow down the corrosion of titanium substrate and extend its service life
