It is reported that the titanium alloy speed skating skate released this time is composed of 19 parts. A single blade weighs 334 grams, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, good toughness, and lightweight. This product integrates the titanium alloy Avenue speed skating knife body with a "T" structure, which is the world's first new product independently developed by Heilong equipment. The T-shaped support beam has better horizontal anti-twist performance than the traditional circular tube support beam, and can more effectively reduce the sliding resistance and reduce the energy loss of transportation. The relative motion mechanism of the knife bridge and the knife tube adopts the shaft sleeve sliding connection structure. Compared with the bearing, this structure can better control the movement gap, ensure the accuracy of the relative reciprocating motion of the knife bridge and the knife tube, and enhance the service life of the connection structure. The blade is made of bimetallic material, and the grinding layer at the bottom is made of alloy steel with better wear resistance so that the sliding distance of the once polished ice skate is at least doubled.
