To ensure the safe and reliable operation of elliptical titanium heads, users should pay attention to the following points:

(1) Installation Specifications

Ensure that the coaxiality, perpendicularity, and other geometric parameters of the head and the cylinder meet the requirements.

Beveling is performed before welding, and oil stains, rust, and other impurities are cleaned.

Strict sealing tests are conducted, such as air-tightness tests and water pressure tests.

(2) Regular Inspection and Maintenance

Regularly conduct visual inspections, wall thickness measurements, and weld joint inspections.

Check the surface of the head for defects such as cracks, deformation, and corrosion, and deal with any problems promptly.

For heads used in corrosive media, pay special attention to corrosion and perform anti-corrosion treatment regularly.
