5. What are the maintenance tips of tank heads?
Water used for the hydrostatic test must have a chloride ion content of no more than 25 mg/L and must be dried promptly after the test.
Reducing acids such as hydrochloric acid shall not be used for stainless steel pickling.
Strictly observe the medium compatibility specified in the volume regulations.
Avert collisions and scratches on the stainless steel ellipsoidal head's surface
Avoid coming into direct contact with carbon steel and iron ions.
Avoid forced assembly welding. The structural design shall prevent excessive restraint stress.
