2. Basic Information
Standards: ASTMB348
Grade 7 ti rod contains 0.12 to 0.25% palladium. This grade is similar to Grade 2. The small quantity of palladium added gives it enhanced crevice corrosion resistance at low temperatures and high pH.
3. Gr7 Titanium alloys include ti-0.2pd, ti-0.15pd and ti-0.13pd. Ti-0.2pd is more widely used in reactors, towers, autoclaves, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, centrifuges, separators, pipe fittings, and electrolytic cells.
