Titanium wire mesh demister, also known as wire mesh demister, wire mesh demister, and demister is mainly used to separate droplets with diameters greater than 3μm~5μm. When the gas with mist rises at a certain speed and passes through the filter screen in the middle of the grille, due to the inertia of the rising mist, the mist collides with the filament and adheres to the surface of the filament. The mist on the filter further spreads and settles due to gravity, causing the mist to form larger droplets and flow along the filament to its intersection. Due to the surface tension of the wettable liquid of the filament and the capillary action of the filament, the droplets become larger and larger until their gravity exceeds the combined force of the rising buoyancy of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid, and then they are separated and fall. As long as the operating gas speed and other conditions are properly selected, after the gas passes through the wire mesh eliminator, its removal efficiency can reach more than 99%, and the purpose of completely removing mist can be achieved.

Structure of titanium wire mesh demister
The wire mesh demister is composed of a gas-liquid filter mesh pad (made up of several mesh blocks) and a supporting member.
The mesh block is composed of several layers of tiled (circled) corrugated gas-liquid filter mesh, grilles, and distance rods.
The supporting parts of the wire mesh demister generally include beams, battens, pressure plates, lugs, support plates, support rings, sealing plates, retaining rings, etc. The supporting parts are made by the container equipment manufacturer. If necessary, a wire mesh demister manufacturer can also provide it, but it must be stated when ordering. Wire mesh demisters can also be made according to user needs: detachable type (screw column distance rod), wave type, drawer type, and other types. The filter type can be produced according to "The HT-2001 Wire Mesh Demister Standard" or user requirements.
