1. It can be determined that the substrate of the titanium composite plate meets the requirements of GB150. When purchasing equipment or titanium plates, its substrate meets THE ASME standards.
2. the entire carbon steel and carbon-manganese steel plate must be provided in a normal state.
3. When the base steel plate has specific requirements, it should also meet the specific requirements.
4. The overall base material must be blasted, it should be smooth, and there are no bonding surface defects and scratches. The unbalanced materials should meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
5. Titanium composite plate is not allowed to be welded and the substrate is executed on the JB / T4730. Pass the course. Equipment or composite boards are purchased abroad and each substrate should be sonic tested by ASTM A578. Class C is eligible.
6. Substrates of titanium plates should be blocked during the composite, equipment manufacturing, and service process.
