In clinical bone surgery, it is difficult to endow the implant with the good osteogenic ability and antibacterial activity at the same time. Hydroxyapatite (HA) has good bone conductivity, it has been widely used in the bone integration of dental and orthopedic implants. In this study, the researchers prepared the above two materials into HA / MoS2 coating modified Ti6Al4V (ti6) implants by laser cladding and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). HA, / MoS2 coating uses the energy generated by the metabolic process of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli to trigger the antibacterial activity of HA / mos2-ti6 without additional energy. it is a self-activated anti-infection process. At the same time, it can improve the survival rate of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and promote the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by up-regulating the level of Ca2 +.
