3. Flexible form: It can be processed into various forms such as mesh, plate, tube, and rod, and supports customized sizes. The maximum processing size can reach 1200 × 1500mm
4. Long service life: The standard service life can reach 5-10 years, and some special models can have a service life of over 15 years. The product substrate with good adhesion can also be reused applications.

The core production process of platinum titanium anode consists of four steps, which can be simply put as follows:
1. Processing titanium substrate: Select pure titanium with qualified purity and process it into the target shape. Polish and acid wash to remove surface impurities and oxide layers, and dry to obtain a rough active surface for easy adhesion of platinum layer;
2. Coating platinum raw materials: There are two commonly used methods - either placing platinum containing electrolyte for electroplating, allowing platinum to deposit on the surface of titanium; Either directly brush the platinum salt solution onto the titanium surface and let it dry;
3. Sintering solidification: If a single coating does not meet the required thickness, it is necessary to repeat the "coating drying sintering" process 5-15 times to firmly bond the platinum layer and titanium substrate;
4. Inspection and shipment: Conduct corrosion and power on tests to check the quality. After passing the inspection, it can be shipped out of the factory.

Electrochlorination: These plates are widely used in the electro chlorination process for the production of disinfectants like sodium hypochlorite or chlorine gas from saltwater or seawater.

Electroplating: The electrical conductivity of these plates makes them ideal for use as anodes in metal plating, helping ensure the smooth and even transfer of metal ions onto the surface of other materials.

Water Treatment & Electrolysis: Platinum-coated titanium plates find applications in water treatment, electrolytic water splitting, and brine electrolysis, where they function as anodes and facilitate efficient hydrogen or oxygen production.

Electrode, Sensors & Fuel Cells: The plates are also used as essential components in various electrochemical devices like sensors, electrodes, and in some instances, fuel cells.

Cathodic Protection: They are employed in cathodic protection systems to reduce the corrosion of metal structures such as pipelines, storage tanks, and processing equipment submerged in water or buried underground.
