Titanium's excellent non-magnetic properties are crucial for grounding rings. This excellent non-magnetic property ensures that the titanium grounding rings effectively connect the electromagnetic flowmeter to the ground, placing the flowmeter and the medium at the same potential, thereby eliminating electrostatic and electromagnetic interference and improving measurement accuracy and stability.

Titanium grounding rings typically have a ring-shaped structure, allowing them to fit tightly onto the electromagnetic flowmeter's measuring pipe and maintain full contact with the medium within the pipe. Its dimensions are generally designed based on the diameter of the electromagnetic flowmeter. Common sizes include DN15, DN20, DN25, DN40, DN80, and DN160.

When measuring liquid flow in non-metallic pipes or metal pipes lined with non-metallic materials, a grounding ring is essential. In these cases, the pipe's inherent conductivity is poor, making it difficult to provide a good grounding condition for the electromagnetic flowmeter. A titanium grounding ring provides a reliable grounding path for the electromagnetic flowmeter, allowing interference currents in the medium to be diverted to the earth through the ring, thereby eliminating the effects of stray currents and ensuring flowmeter measurement accuracy.
