1. Low density, high specific strength The density of titanium metal is 4.51g/cm3, which is higher than aluminum but lower than steel, copper, and nickel. Its strength is the largest among metals.

2. In oxygen-containing air or medium, a dense, strongly adherent and inert oxide film is formed on the titanium surface to protect the titanium matrix from corrosion. Titanium is very stable in a variety of media such as oxidizing, neutral and weakly reducing media, and has corrosion resistance. Even due to mechanical wear, it can self-recover or reduce.

The minimum bending radius of the U-shaped tube is 2d (d is the outer diameter of the heat exchange tube). It is finally determined after communicating with the customer in the early stage to confirm that there is no problem. Because titanium tubes are generally thinner, Article 10.2.6.2 of JB/T4745-2002 stipulates that the wall thickness reduction at the outer arc of the bend should not exceed 17% of the nominal thickness.
The U-shaped tube has a certain amount of resilience. When designing the tube bundle, the tangent distance between the last baffle surface and the straight section of the U-shaped tube is at least 30mm. The U-shaped tube after bending is generally no longer heat treated.
