4. The processing methods of the pressure vessel heads are generally divided into integral forming and split forms. According to the processing methods, integral forming mainly includes stamping forming and spinning forming, as well as rarely used explosion forming, gas (liquid) pressure expansion forming, and so on. Split forming generally refers to split pressing and tailoring welding. At present, integral molding is often used in domestic.

According to the processing temperature, the overall forming of the head can be divided into cold processing and hot processing. According to the combination of processing mode and temperature, it can be divided into hot spinning forming, hot stamping forming, cold spinning forming, cold stamping forming, and drum forming.
