3. What is the characteristic of a titanium welding filler rod?

Surface quality: extremely accurate, well-finished, free of oxidation, and without flaws like peeling, inclusions, thorns, or stains. It's acceptable to have minor localized abrasions, stains, pits, and other imperfections as long as they don't go beyond the wire diameter's authorized deviation.

Surface finish: clean, dust-free, better acid-resistant service life.

Physical characteristics: excellent strength and elongation characteristics; no deformation after cold bending. Wires with a diameter of more than 3mm should be free of shrinkage, pores, delamination, cracks, and metallic or non-metallic inclusions.
